Nigel Gilbert (Gil-don Construction) carried out a major extension and renovation project on our family home, which involved all the challenges of working around us and our young family, to avoid us having to move out. Nigel and his carefully selected team of trades were a pleasure to deal with – they were friendly, courteous and professional at all times, minimised the impact of the building work on our family life, were always available to discuss our options and choices, and were meticulous to detail. Nigel was present on site throughout the whole project and very hands-on. He has since carried out some successful smaller projects for us around the house and garden. We cannot fault the quality of Nigel’s workmanship – he is a perfectionist who produces results of the highest standard, and we would strongly recommend him to anyone who wants a top-notch job.
