Estimate
A fully broken down price is issued to the client based upon the specification and drawings issued at the tender stage.
Acceptance
If chosen as the principle contractor to carry out the works a contract is drawn up based upon the details provided at the time of tender by the client and price given by Gil-Don Construction Services. Dates of completion are set and start date confirmed.
Work carried out
Implementation of Health and Safety procedures as per CDM 2015 Site work is fully supervised daily and carried out in a pre-agreed format based upon the programme of works issued.
Local Building Control
All contact and inspections to be carried by the local Building Control are organised . Final completion certificate to be issued by Local Authority so as to ensure work is complete and to the agreed drawings approved.
Project documentation
Any site documentation relating to guarantees/ operational instructions/ site installations of products/ sub contractors contact details is presented in a file for future reference by the client.
